Beyond satisfied. Couldn't be happier. After shopping around, I decided on Castle. The staff was terrific! Nancy was great. Always took my calls. Always respectful (I'm 80 and replaced a custom sliding door and three custom windows). Nancy walked me through the process and addressed all my concerns and was just terrific! Received and installed without a hitch. Bernardo and his team were great. Very clean and knew what to do. The quality is great! Much quieter. Next to no outside noise. The team made sure no more drafts or struggling to open and close properly. The look is speechless. What a difference! Everything now works the way it should. I am beyond words and satisfaction. Sean repaired and adjusted our sliding door locking issues as well as the functioning of the doors. He advised me that I should use a silicone-based lubricant to help keep the door moving freely over standard WD lubricant. We purchased our sliding patio doors about 10 years ago, and the peace of mind you get with their lifetime warranty is worth the little extra investment on the purchase.

They also installed my bay window and they did a great job. The warranty that they have is awesome. Moved into a house with Castle windows. Seven panes had bad seals (OE install was decades ago). I called Castle with zero expectations. Couple of emails and texts to their service team. After four weeks they had two installers here at my house. They fixed every window, lubricated the other 10 windows, and finished in under 2 hours. Top to bottom, a phenomenal experience. I had heard of Castle Windows but I had completely forgot about them when I began getting quotes for four windows. Then I passed a Castle truck on the highway, which reminded me that I should give them a shot. I had one estimate so far, and it was from Andersen. I had purchased a sliding door from Andersen last year. I found it was very expensive, and I should have shopped around. Anyway, the Andersen rep came a half hour late ("What? They didn't call you?") and gave me the estimate for four windows but then a pressure talk. If I ordered the windows that day, I would get a small discount. And the estimated price would be valid until the end of the month - roughly two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush to get windows. The Castle rep came a week later (on time). No pressure, and he quoted me $5,000 less for six windows than Andersen did for four. I was satisfied. The windows were ready three weeks later, which was sooner than I was told to expect them. The three men who installed them were punctual as well as friendly, courteous, and professional. After the windows were installed, they walked me through on how to operate them. I was extremely pleased. I wholeheartedly recommend Castle Windows. I've already recommended them to neighbors, friends, and relatives. I even recommended them to a friend in Texas, but unfortunately they don't service Texas (yet).

Replaced all windows and doors at various times with Castle Windows. Never had an issue, even when calling for service. Like the fact of lifetime warranty as well as transferable warranty. Had Matt here today to replace some weather stripping and realign door. Polite and fixed both repairs quickly. Would recommend.

Top notch windows and service! Had all of the windows replaced in our home back in 2021 with Castle Windows and recently had a leak in one. I called, and they had a tech out the same day (on Christmas Eve, actually) and repaired the leak, and after a few rainstorms to confirm the leak was fixed, they came back and repaired the wall and window sill! Always timely and courteous and seriously top notch service. The tech even noticed how our storm door was a little sticky when he came in and fixed that without that even being part of the service request. Highly recommend, and the lifetime warranty is holding up to its name!

I’ve hired Castle Windows for two different projects, and both experiences have been excellent. The first project was my large living room window. The difference it made was incredible. Before, my living room was super hot in the summer and freezing in the winter, but after Castle installed the new window, the temperature in the room became noticeably more comfortable. My electricity usage even feels better. The window itself is beautiful—smooth, easy to open and close, and it truly upgraded the appearance of my home. The installation team was professional, clean, and did a great job. The second time, I hired Castle for my main front door and screen door, the back door and screen door, and an additional basement window. Everything was installed properly and works well. My only minor concern is that the capping/caulking around the main entrance door could have been a little cleaner. It wasn’t bad, but I think it could have been finished a bit more neatly. Aside from that small detail, the overall experience was fantastic. My salesman, Frankie, was amazing—super friendly, patient, and thorough. He took the time to sit down with me, go over all the options, and make sure I understood everything. Their customer service is also great; they always follow up to make sure you’re satisfied, and their warranty gives peace of mind since they’ll come out and fix anything if needed. I will definitely use Castle Windows again for future window projects, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products, good service, and a company that truly stands behind their work.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the window technician Mark came to service the two windows that I called about and re-screen one screen. The windows that I have were installed around 1994. I had most of the panes replaced a few times because of the seal failure and air leaking in between two panes. This service call was on the actual mechanism that "broke," so two windows were not able to be opened. I had this service call performed possibly two times and was told that the parts are no longer being made; the windows are too old. I absolutely get that and believe that. The solution to fix this and not replace two windows was to seal them so they could not be opened by accident and then be unable to be closed. I came to terms with that because two remaining windows next to them were still working. When Mark came, I explained the situation to him, he listened, then said he will re-screen one screen that I wanted before what seemed to be like an involved repair, if you can call that. Once he brought the finished screen back into the house, he proceeded to deal with the two windows. That is where the magic happened. Obviously, the man has so much knowledge about these windows, no matter what their age is, that it took him no longer than 10 minutes to bring them back to working order. I was standing there watching him with total amazement. He is not an old man, so you can say he knows what to do because of the old age and experience. But he has other great qualities that are so rare today. Mark is interested in fixing the issue, has a plan on how to fix it, and KNOWS how to fix it before even starting. Thank you Mark for your wonderful service and amazing performance in fixing OLD windows that could not have been fixed. You are a star for your company. I will be calling for you next time I need help. I had two window panes replaced for air leak. I would like to commend the professionalism by the technician Alex P. He was mindful of not leaving a mess, did absolutely amazing work in replacing the panes. I had them replaced before, but he is an example to others how this should be done. Thank you Alex. I will ask for you next time I need to fix my windows.
